I can't speak for everyone but I for one have looked for him and have been unable to find him. If you are successful spread the word.
Have you tried using zabasearch?
Granted, it helps if you have a clue as to which state he might be living, otherwise you might have to wade through several thousand Bob Kosts before stumbling on the guy you're looking for.
