Boston was the album of the 70's
In my opinion Boston's first album was the poster child album for the 70's -
I don't think there's one song on that album that didn't hit the charts in one way or another - you can still listen to it today and the style and energy is NOT old fashioned (in my opinion - I guess we need to ask some teens todayabout it... but to me - this was the sound of the decade)
Thoughts? Comments?

The Boston and Chicago Concert in Kansas has been changed to the Chicago and Kansas Concert in Boston.
I remember that legendary album sitting in a milk crate in the Prod Rm.
Timeless, heritage rock.
I'm having trouble with the next couple of decades, plus nobody has offered any alternate suggestions for the album to define the 70's.
Ok... Here goes... for the 80's, was it The Clash: London Calling (even though it was 1979) or REM: Green or The Cure: Disintegration?
For the 90's was it Nirvana: Nevermind, Nine Inch Nails: Pretty Hate Machine, Depeche Mode: Songs of Faith and Devotion... or some other... I guess early 90s was when I stopped listening to newer music so much...

This response comes from a 15 year old. This is my FAVORITE album of all time. The energy and effort put into this album really shines through. The sound really is timeless. Every song is amazing.
What the heck is a 15-year-old doing posting on this site? Huh? Who let the kid in here? Hey! We check IDs at the door!
(Anyway, your name is "Anonymous" -- very suspicious. Are you sure your name isn't Spears? Are you pregnant?)
