Bill felt that he was temporally and contextually handicapped in the photo that was shown of him. He wanted to subject others to the same test. Photo credit unnamed.Interestingly enough - to create "Contemporary Hugh", I believe all you'd need to do is change the frames ever so slightly and lighten up the beard and hair.
